WORKING CONDITIONS
Perm Flour Mills JSC makes special assessment of working conditions in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. On its results, in presence of hazards, employees are accordingly assigned compensations and benefits;
The employer provides employees with high-quality and reliable personal protective equipment;
Apart from mandatory additional charges because of the work in harmful or dangerous conditions employees receive special payments for work in conditions that differ from normal.
HEALTH CARE
The company has a medical post where qualified specialists provide first aid. If necessary, any employee can be given a course of physiotherapeutic procedures - massage, inhalation, ultraviolet radiation, magnet;
Immunization is carried out at the expense of the employer;
According to the results of annual medical examination and due to the employees applications, the plant gives compensation (full or partial) for sanatorium-resort expenses;
The company offers secondary health insurance for its employees.
SOCIAL AND FINNCIAL SUPPORT
Finance support for vacation, childbirth, marriage, anniversary;

Factory’s Council of Veterans and employees of the enterprise take part in social and cultural life of the factory;
