Production facilities of the plant allow processing up to 1K tons of grain per day. The volume of grain processing reaches 200K tons per year. Products are produced from the best varieties of wheat and rye of the Volga region, the Urals, Siberia.
The plant is capable of producing over 140K tons of flour per year. Flour with high baking properties is obtained as a result of an optimally formed grinding batch of grain grown in the best granaries of the country.
Over the years, the company produced more than 9 million tons of flour. The quality of products is a priority in the work of the enterprise. Every two years, experts of RMSKP confirm the validity of the QMS Certificate of production for compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 22000-2007.
For more than 65 years, Perm flour mills have carefully preserved rich labor traditions, working in strict accordance with classical technologies. The official date of commissioning of the flour mill in Perm is June 30, 1955. On that day, a high-quality grinding mill was commissioned.
